- We offer PASSPORT, VISA, ID PHOTOS, DISABILITY BADGES, and DRIVER’s LICENCE prints and digital formats for all countries, for newborns, children, and adults. Additionally, if you use a wheelchair, you can easily access our step-free store to receive these services.
- Preview your photo before printing. We are happy to retake your photo until you are completely satisfied, at no extra cost.
- Whether you need physical printed photos, digitally prepared biometric ID photos, or both, we provide all options. All ID codes will be sent to you once they are approved on the HMPO website. Rest assured, there’s no need to worry about whether your passport code will work!
- In the event that your photo is not accepted by the authorities, we will retake your photo free of charge or provide a full refund.
- If you decide to visit us for a photo session, please ensure that both you and anyone accompanying you follow the clothing guidelines. Mentioned at the bottom of the page.

How to Prepare for Your Passport Photo
Dear Valued Customers, If you are coming for a passport photo, we kindly ask you to carefully read the clothing guidelines and photography recommendations we have prepared for you.
For Adults and Children Over 1 Year Old:
- We strongly advise against wearing a white shirt or T-shirt, as it is too similar to the background colour and may result in your photo being rejected.
- We recommend wearing solid, medium to dark-coloured clothing for the best results.
- Glasses, including sunglasses, are not permitted in passport photos. If you have a medical condition requiring glasses, please inform your photographer.
- Your entire face must be visible, including your forehead, the sides of your face, and under your chin. If you have a fringe covering your eyebrows, we recommend pushing it to the side for a clearer image.
- Avoid hair accessories such as colourful hair clips, headbands, or similar items.
- If you wear a head covering for religious reasons, please ensure it is a solid, dark or neutral colour.
- Do not apply shiny or reflective creams to your face.
- Avoid wearing scarves or hooded clothing that cover the neck area.
For UK passport applications, newborns and children under 1 year old are not required to have their eyes open. However, this rule may vary by country, so please check the passport application guidelines for the country you are applying to.
- Avoid dressing your baby in white clothing.
- Please ensure your baby has been fed before the photography session.
- Well-rested babies and children are more likely to cooperate, leading to a quicker and smoother session.
- If your baby or child has a medical condition or disability, please inform the photographer.
